These Terms govern access to ICHIRAN’s website, private software, subscription keys and community services. By registering or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

ICHIRAN is independent of the developers, publishers and platform operators of any third-party product or service it may interact with. No affiliation, endorsement or permission from them is implied.

You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and use the Services in accordance with applicable law. Where parental or guardian consent is required, obtain it before purchasing or using the Services.

An invitation allows registration; it is not a promise of a subscription, continued availability or unrestricted access. Invitations are single-use and must not be sold or transferred without staff authorization.

Your account is personal. Do not share, rent, sell or trade your account, credentials, subscription keys or access. Keep your registration information accurate and credentials secure.

Notify staff through Support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not give anyone your password or a generated loader command; the command contains a short-lived access token.

ICHIRAN offers private software for the supported products listed on the website. Using this software may breach a third-party product’s or platform’s rules and may result in account restrictions, bans, loss of items or other penalties.

You are responsible for checking applicable rules and deciding whether to use the software. Descriptions such as “Working” or “Undetected” report current information, not a guarantee of safety, future compatibility or freedom from detection.

A valid subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the specified product while access remains authorized. You do not acquire ownership of the software or its source code.

Do not redistribute builds, bypass access checks, abuse tokens, exploit the website, impersonate staff or access another user’s account.

Purchases are arranged with staff through a Subscription ticket. Confirm the product, duration, total price and payment instructions before paying. Pay only using details confirmed by authorized staff; ICHIRAN does not operate automatic billing or automatic renewal.

Keys are single-use. Redeeming a key adds its stated subscription time. Check the product and duration before redemption. A subscription does not include future products unless expressly stated in the offer.

A “Lifetime” offer means access for the supported commercial lifetime of the purchased product, not your lifetime or a promise that a product or service will operate forever. It does not override applicable consumer rights or remedies if a product is discontinued.

You are responsible for verifying payment details and any applicable network or payment-provider charges. Cryptocurrency transfers may be irreversible; staff cannot guarantee recovery of transfers sent to an incorrect address or network.

Contact Support promptly about an incorrect charge, missing key or delivery problem and include relevant transaction information, never passwords or private wallet keys. Nothing in these Terms prevents a legitimate payment dispute or legal remedy.

An active subscription can be frozen from Premium. Freezing pauses its remaining time and disables launching while frozen. Unfreezing restores access and shifts the expiry date forward by the time paused.

Freezes depend on the plan: 1 Week and Lifetime plans include no freezes; 1 Month plans include two freezes in total; 3 Month and 1 Year plans include two freezes per rolling 30-day period. A frozen subscription can be unfrozen at any time. A freeze is not a refund or cancellation. Availability of this feature does not guarantee that the product will remain supported indefinitely.

Products may be interrupted by third-party updates, detection, maintenance or technical failures. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular update schedule or permanent compatibility. Planned changes and known issues may be posted on News or Status.

The website authorizes a local launcher; it does not itself run the software on your computer. The current loader requires the local software to be present, uses a short-lived single-use token and attempts to remove temporary working files when the monitored session ends. Cleanup is not guaranteed after a crash, forced termination or power loss.

Downtime does not automatically freeze a subscription or extend its duration. Contact Support about significant loss of access; mandatory rights and remedies remain available.

All sales are final. Keys, subscription time and any other purchases are non-refundable once supplied, including for a change of mind, account suspension or termination for breach of these Terms, detection or action by third parties, downtime, updates, or discontinuation of a product.

By redeeming a key or starting a subscription you expressly request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose any right to withdraw or cancel once delivery has begun, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting Support is a material breach and will result in immediate suspension of your account and keys. Where a refund is required by mandatory law, it will be handled through Support, not through your payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

ICHIRAN retains its rights in its software, branding and original content. Do not copy, resell, publish or distribute private builds, source code or private member screenshots without permission.

Do not circumvent technical protection or reverse-engineer the software except where applicable law permits it notwithstanding this restriction. This does not prevent lawful reporting to authorities, obtaining legal advice or reporting security issues privately to staff.

Do not spam, harass, threaten, scam, advertise without permission or publish another person’s private information. Keep ticket messages and community content lawful and relevant.

Staff may moderate content and investigate misuse. Support is provided through tickets; no particular response time, outcome or resolution deadline is guaranteed unless explicitly agreed.

We may suspend or revoke access for material breaches, fraud, unauthorized sharing or genuine security risks. Urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice; where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact Support for review.

Ending access does not automatically remove mandatory rights to a refund or other remedy. If a paid product is permanently discontinued or access is ended for reasons unrelated to your breach, available remedies will be assessed under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are supplied as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, detection avoidance or suitability for a particular purpose. You accept the inherent third-party risks described above.

To the extent permitted by law, ICHIRAN is not responsible for third-party account penalties, lost virtual items or indirect losses caused by your use of the software. No exclusion applies where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, deliberate misconduct or other non-excludable liabilities.

These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or excuse a failure to supply what was agreed.

Account information, subscription records, support messages and security-related records are used to operate the Services and handle support. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Third-party products, payment networks and external services have their own terms and data practices. These Terms are not a substitute for a separate privacy notice or any disclosures required by applicable law.

The version below takes effect on the stated date. Material changes will be communicated through the website where reasonably possible; changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights or agreed paid entitlements. If fresh consent is legally required, continued use alone is not a substitute.

Contact ICHIRAN staff through Support for account, purchase or terms questions. Try to resolve disputes with staff first, without limiting your right to contact authorities or bring a claim.

Applicable mandatory law and any competent courts remain available; these Terms do not require arbitration or waive collective or statutory remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
